Pumpkin Pecan Cheesecake

Decadent and rich made-from-scratch 6" Pumpkin Pecan Cheesecake which will feed approx 6-10 people.  Everything is made from scratch, and we mean EVERYTHING.  We make our graham crackers fresh and then prepare them into the crust which is topped with our fresh toasted and glazed pecans.  After the pecan pie layer is baked, it is topped with a rich and creamy pumpkin cheesecake.  In the pumpkin cheesecake, we utilize fresh roasted pumpkin.
